Vishal Shah is an Executive Director with JMP Advisors. Vishal has over 15 years of experience in tax and business advisory matters. Vishal has worked with several large multinational clients to advise them on corporate and international tax, India Inbound and outbound strategy, corporate restructuring, representation and litigation support, regulatory laws and compliances. He has worked extensively in the areas of corporate as well as cross border taxation. Prior to joining JMP Advisors, Vishal was with PwC India, EY India and Bansi Mehta & Co.

Vishal has significant experience in advising clients engaged in manufacturing, Infrastructure, Logistics and warehousing, Real Estate, Renewable energy, etc. such as LafargeHolcim group, DHL, Emerson Electric, DP World, Van Oord, Hiranandani group, Tata Projects, etc.
